Johannesburg, 24 November 2017 – The Independent Inquiry, initiated by SAICA on 2 November 2017 is calling for submissions by interested parties to make representations to the Ntsebeza Inquiry on the conduct of any member/s of SAICA employed by KPMG South Africa with regard to work conducted by the firm related to possible contraventions of the SAICA Code of Professional Conduct.
Representations must be made on affidavit to the Secretariat of the Independent Inquiry, MMMG Attorneys Inc, by 30 November 2017.
