Access your account
To access your account you need to first login to our website. For a user guide on how to do this click here.
Once you have logged in to the site you can access your profile by either clicking on your name in the welcome message in the top left hand corner or by clicking on My Profile link that appears at the top of the left hand sub menu in the members tab.
You will now be presented with a new left navigation that has a My Account link.
You are able to view any outstanding invoices, payments made, pay for products ordered or pay for a seminar or event you have signed up for.
This area displays the lists of any outstanding invoices. If will display the description, date, charges etc.
You are also able to change the type of payments that are displayed by clicking on the Payments Made - to view previous payments already made, or Outstanding Payments - to view any payments that are still required to be paid.
This area displays any orders that have been placed.
This will only appear if you selected the Proceed to Check Out option at the end of the order process.

This area displays any event registrations that have been made and are unpaid.
This will only appear if you selected the Pay Now option at the end of the order process.

You are able to pay for any of these items by following a few easy steps:
- Select the check box next to the items you wish to pay for
- Click the Pay Now button at the bottom of the page
- Enter in your credit card details
Note: Payments made online do take some time to reflect so please allow for this time to pass before contacting us.
