The web-based queries system incorporates workflow that will enable SAICA Standards and other divisions to monitor replies, turnaround time, issues unsatisfactorily resolved (i.e. returned by member) and repetitive issues for broader communication (e.g. FAQs), clarification and possible training interventions.
