Traditionally corporate governance was not part of the CA training model and member surveys conducted have shown that our members do require further development in this area.
An understanding and implementation of good governance principles is critical to the success of our members, be they in business or an auditing environment.
The purpose of this web page is to serve as a source of reference to members on issues of corporate governance and applicable regulation. Both local and international corporate governance standards and guidelines are referred to and issues affecting both the public sector and the private sector are addressed.
