Mission
SAICA's revised mission is to promote and lead the South African chartered accountancy profession so as to create sustainable value for its members and other stakeholders.
A number of industries within the Financial Services Sector have been identified as particularly relevant to SAICA members in commerce and industry. Through project groups set up to engage industry stakeholders, SAICA plays an influential role in the legislative and regulatory environment bringing together various role-players to share information, debate pertinent issues and participate in industry projects to shape the financial services landscape.
These are some of the many ways of trying to live up to that mission.
