CIPC Queries Register
Following the introduction of the CIPRO query register on 10 March 2011, an updated query register template has been developed to improve the accuracy of information submitted. This enables us to collate the information and report to CIPRO in a more timely and accurate manner. This register should only be used for long outstanding issues that are older than two months that need escalation to CIPRO.

Please ensure that all fields are completed correctly in the template as recommended by the comments in every cell. It is essential that the template is submitted to us in excel without any changes to the formatting.
Please complete every column and if more than one action has taken place and this is documented in more than one row, please duplicate the other common information (eg. Tracking number, etc.) as incomplete templates will be returned to you.

Please note: It is important to include a tracking number at all times, queries cannot be escalated without this information.

We value your assistance and co-operation in this regard.
