Tim Odell CA(SA) (Chair) Tim commenced his professional career with Arthur Young, now Ernst & Young, in Cape Town – South Africa in the late 70's; qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983. He headed up Arthur Young's Cape Town Business Services Department and has over twenty years experience in acting for "sensitive" clients on a worldwide basis in his specialist areas. He took a client to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in 1997 following his transfer to the UK with his wife and three daughters in 1996. Chloë van Rensburg CA(SA) ACMA Chloë qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton in Cape Town in 2008. She went on to study her CIMA qualification after gaining an interest in cost accounting while completing her articles. Once qualifying, she moved to London with the purpose of gaining work experience. Her current role in London is within the finance department of BNP Paribas where she is responsible for the provision of financial support to their London commodities business, this entails monthly financial and management reports and annual statutory accounts within the FSA timetables.
