Welcome

Following a major restructure of the Institute in 2002, the Member Services division was established with the aim of having a division dedicated to engaging with members so as to address their needs. The division thus serves as the key conduit between the membership and the Secretariat.

Member Services Mission statement:

To proactively engage with members to provide services that exceed their expectations and thereby enhance member competencies.

Structure and contact details:

The division comprises of regional offices and two units:

Northern region office which is based in Bruma, Johannesburg
Southern region office which is based in Cape Town
Eastern region office which is based in Durban
Central region office which is based in Bloemfontein
Australia office which is based in Sydney
UK office which is based in London

Member Participation

SAICA encourages its members to become involved in the various structures across the country as this allows for members to actively participate in determining the direction that the institute should take.
